I was ambitious, I wanted to be a successful technocrat to earn wealth and fame.  APJAKWIT awarded me the ability to achieve my goal. Being a student of first batch and at the same time, having connection from a society where dowry is more important than education, the path was not so easy. My parents went against the society norms and it was my responsibility to perform well.  I am alumni of a reputed school so I was blessed with a very good friend circle. After graduation I joined a govt college as a Guest Lecturer. Within few months I grabbed my first dream job in “Aricent”.

Now you might be thinking that what’s the big deal in getting a job, but for me it was not as common as it seems to be. After joining job, when I came to my village, to my surprise, many girls came to discuss the career options for them! Initially they were hesitant to go to college, now they had started dreaming big. After eight yrs the scenario of the village has completely changed. Isn’t it overwhelming?

Unknowingly I was bringing a change in my society by just chasing my dream only.

Girls, Congratulations to be a CHANGE! You will show path to the new generation of your society.  To bring this change you have to believe in yourselves. Work hard. Discuss with friends about course topics /new technologies and their scopes. Discussion brings perfection. Stay away from negative thinkers, your friend circle matters the most.  Few important websites which you should surf:

May you all get tremendous success in your life!

APJAKWIT, the name which gave platform to my carrier.

Before joining engg college my eyes were full of dreams like every other engg aspirant. And after joining wit, in spite of all d struggle. We enjoyed every moment there. We witnessed a lot of development n good things for which our teachers were working very hard. And after graduation when I came to the competitive world I realized the only difference is of amenities and resources otherwise we witan’s are equally talented. What all matters to the outer world is knowledge.  So believe in urself, study honestly n you’ll come out with all the flying colors. Always remember you join a UG college as student but you come out as an individual.

Wish you all d love best for your bright future 🙂

…… remembering my days at APJAKWIT showers me with nostalgia that includes our former president Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam who inaugurated the institute and his scientific friend Dr. M.B. Verma , the first director of APJAKWIT. In realizing my dreams I owe a lot to APJAKWIT…….
